METHOD OF WORKING
Surveylink France keeps the process simple, providing an “over to us” easy to use and understand service. We deal directly with the immobiliers/selling agents - or the Mayor’s office (Mairie) - on your behalf, to remove the worry and stress.
We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients and their legal/other property advisors who are kept informed at every stage.
Whatever the circumstances and lead-in time, Surveylink Francewill always endeavour to undertake the inspection before the ‘7-day’ cooling off period expires.
Findings are telephoned or e-mailed from site to ensure that you have as much time as possible to digest the information and make any necessary decisions.
An interim confirmatory e-mail or short report can be sent (when required) within 24 hours to confirm any discussions.
The written report is written in layman’s terms and easy to read and understand. This will follow as soon as possible but is guaranteed not to change the earlier verbal reporting. Ssurveylink France also provides:
